We should aim to format the text exactly as it appears in the original.
To insert a 'note' image use this text; 
To insert a chapter heading use; =one equals sign=
To insert a 'Abstract' heading use; ===Three equals signs===
To insert a 'General' heading use; ====four equals signs====
To insert bold text use; three apostrophes
To insert italic text use two apostrophes
