Network Basics

A computer network is simply defined as "A connection of two or more computers so that they can share resources." Resources are in the form of hardware (ie. printers), software, data, Internet connection, etc.

If you would like to set up a home network to connect to the other Linux or Windows computers in your house, see SAMBA.
