About
OpenOffice.org (more commonly known as OpenOffice) is the most popular office suite for Linux; The "writer" word processor and "calc" spreadsheet components from OpenOffice 2.3.0 are preinstalled in MEPIS 7.0. The remainder of the modules from 2.3.0 are available from the MEPIS repository. The applications in OpenOffice are listed below:
