Restore window menu to Konqueror

You will need to first make a backup copy of your current konqueror.rc:

cp -p ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc.orig

Now you can copy the default file that has not had features removed:

cp /usr/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror-orig.rc ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/konqueror.rc

Now you will need to logout, and log back in, and you should have the window back.
