antiX is a fast, lightweight and easy to install linux live CD distribution based on Debian Testing and MEPIS for Intel-AMD x86 compatible systems. As Warren Woodford said: "AntiX is the brainchild of MEPIS community member anticapitalista, who wanted a version of MEPIS that would work well on very old PC hardware..."
