Apt-listbugs

apt-listbugs - Lists critical bugs before each apt upgrade/installation
apt-listbugs is installable with apt-get/Synaptic/Kpackage
When you do an upgrade or install a package and the package contains bugs you'll be prompted for action.
? - shows you the list of options.
p - pins the package (the package will not be upgraded in the future). You have to unpin it to be able to upgrade it.
n - stops the installation.
y - installs the package even if it has bugs.
