Change GTK theme and fonts

!!! Warning! The info contained in this article pertains to older versions of MEPIS !!!
In your home directory /.local/share/applications/ delete kcmgtk-xdg. This will create in System Configuration -> Settings -> Appearance and Themes an option to adjust GTK themes and fonts.
