Change Measure Units

Click System Settings > Locale > Country/Region & Language > Other, and select Imperial or Metric

Click KMenu --> Country/Region & Language, then the Other tab. Select Imperial or Metric.

  1. Right-click on the clock.
  2. Click on "Date & Time format".
  3. Click on "Other" tab (the last one).
  4. Select desired unit and click OK.
  5. Restart KDE to apply the changes.

Alternatively, you could find this option in Control Center -> Regional & Accessibility -> Country/Region & Language -> Other tab.
