DOSEMU is available in the repos and can be installed in the usual manner.

As installed, it must be run as root. But to run DOSEMU as a normal user, it is necessary to edit the file as root

/etc/sysctl.conf 

by adding as the last line:

vm.mmap_min_addr=0
