Multiple language keyboards
MEPIS 8.5 and 11
You can activate as many language keyboards as you need by clicking in M8.5 System Settings > Regional & Language > Keyboard Layout (in M11: [ADD]), and dragging what you want from the list on the left to the column on the right. You will then see a flag widget in the System Tray which you can right-click to switch keyboard layouts.
