MEPIS System Assistant

This utility allows you to make various adjustments to your system, running as root. You can start the utility from KMenu -> System -> MEPIS, and the console name of the utility is: msystem

  • Options: computer identity, system locale, space recovery, and laptop power.
  • USB key: setting up OnTheGo or bootable MEPIS USB key
  • Repair system boot: repair the MBR
  • Repair a partition
