Floppy icon appears on Desktop when mounting hda1In both rc1 and rc2 (both clean installs from downloaded iso/cd), when hda1 (NTFS) is mounted with KwikDisk, a second floppy icon appears. It is non-functional, can't be removed or sent to trash, and has no right-click->unmount option available. »

In Configure-KDesktop,
In Configure-KDesktop, Behavior, Device Icons, uncheck both Mounted and Unmounted Floppy. That should take care of the problem.
