Are your menu items being updated?

In 6.0 RC2 I've installed Easytag and Grip. I'm not seeing any menu items added. This has always worked in the past. Anyone else noticing anything? Thanks

Thanks, a reboot did it. I never had to do that with 3.4.3. Probably just one of those new things to get used to

You will probably find that logging-out and logging back in will take care of the issue.
Outside of a kernel upgrade, rebooting is never necessary with Linux.

For me Easy Tag is under Multimedia no problem. Some of the little rascals want you to reboot before they show up and others I have started them from the console and poof there they are.
