The international computer driving licence is an internationally recognised computing qualification. Its the world's leading end-user computer skills certification programme.
If it was availible for Mepis then it would be a huge boost to the project. In 2004 a creative commons Mandrake version was written and we are able to use those documents as a base and update them for Mepis. I'ts a fair bit of work to undertake but not huge, and many hands make light work.
I have started a page here http://www.mepislovers-wiki.org/index.php/International_Computer_Driving_licence and i'm happy to help by co-ordinating the project (if indeed it needs any co-ordination)
I suggest that we start with the first chapter and get that complete http://www.mepislovers-wiki.org/index.php/Concepts_of_Information_Technology and then move on when that is done.
Even if you have never edited the wiki before if you are able to post to this forum, or send an email, then you have all the skills you need to help out..
let's make this happen and really help the adoption of linux and Mepis in particular...
