Mini-HOWTO: latest NVidia driver / older CRT monitors

Some users reported problems with the refreh rate when installing the latest NVidia driver. For older CRT monitors the refreah rate sticks to 70 or 75Hz. The solution: -> xorg.conf-> section monitor -> Option "IgnoreEDID" "true" doesn't work with the latest driver. Write instead Option "UseEDID" "FALSE".
