Mini-HOWTO: latest NVidia driver / older CRT monitorsSome users reported problems with the refreh rate when installing the latest NVidia driver. For older CRT monitors the refreah rate sticks to 70 or 75Hz. The solution: -> xorg.conf-> section monitor -> Option "IgnoreEDID" "true" doesn't work with the latest driver. Write instead Option "UseEDID" "FALSE". »
