[Legal] Third party components lisense

I would like to use Mepis in my company as the operating system.
Can I use Mepis in this way don't worrying that some software components have it's own end user license that prohibiting this usage?
When you including software components in Mepis are you take into consideration it's own licence so the end user can use Mepis and it's third party components both at home and in company? This is very important when I upgrading Mepis and then I don't must read anew licences all of components which may have changed license agreements.
