Changing mount point for /home

I installed Mepis 6 from the live CD with no other OS on the computer. Durring the install, I chose the default partitioning. It created 3 partitions. 10gig for root (/) hda1, 1gig for swap hda2, and another 65gig partition hda3. I thought that the large partition was for the /home directory, but it is not. After using the system and adding the apps I like, I noticed that the root partition is full, and there is nothing in hda3.

Is there a way for me to change the mount point of /home to be on hda3?

Thank you for any help you may have.

That was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I ended up loosing everything and re installing, but that was due to myown ignorance rather than the instruction.
