WLAN with avm Fritz! WLAN USB-stick?!?

Hi there,

I've installed MEPIS 6.01 (DVD-edition - if such exists) to my HP pavilion DV6023ea notebook and just like it (MEPIS of course)! The only issue that really - sorry - sucks is that I can't get my avm FRITZ!WLAN USB-stick to establish a network connection.

If I open the usb devices section in kinfocenter the device and it's manufacturer is shown and while my first "dist-upgrade" avm firmware has been installed via synaptic. But after opening System Configuration (Settings) > System Administration > MEPIS Utilities > Network Interfaces wlan0 is displayed as 'not found'

Even the subsequent installation of the windows drivers via ndiswrapper (+ ndisgtk) led to absolutely nothing >.

Any hint is welcome!
