Use Synaptic or Kpackage Instead
jagoda, welcome to Mepis. Krusader is available in the repositories so you don't need to download the deb files to install them. Rather, use synaptic (or kpackage). This must be started as user root (and you will be prompted for root's password). Search for "krusader" (without the quotes) and then install it.

Yes, You Must Be Online
You must be online, start up synaptic and you will be prompted for your root password. Then choose "search" and enter "krusader" in the search box (without the quotation marks). Once it is found, right-click on krusader and choose install.
