If you click on the http://www.treepad.net/download/hjsplitlx.tar.gz link
then save the file, then in konqueror where you saved it right click on the file and chose open with Ark. This will then show you the files that can be extracted and there is a read me file click this and it tells you to install a clx file and then to just extract the 2 files to somewhere and just follow what it says to run the program. It tells you everything in the readme.
