DCOP SERVER FAILING
I have only just installed Mepis, and now 
it won't load, because it cant locate the DCOP server, when I click ok, It just takes me back to the login screen!
HELP!

Magrathea, sorry to hear you're having problems. Can you please give us more information? We need to know which version of Mepis you are trying to load (and where did you get the disk). Also can you give us more specifics on your computer hardware (make, model, total RAM, total hard drive size)?
Are you seeing a gui login screen and able to log in there, or are you at a text-based login screen?
With more information, someone should be able to help you
