Drivers?

Hey all,
I have been booting MEPIS from a CD-ROM for a while now, and I've decided to install. However, when I have been trying to print things, my printer is not on the list. Would installing a driver help? I am using an Epson Stylus Photo R245. Also, I am having the same problems with my scanner, that is a HP Scanjet 3500c.
Another thing, could someone please point me to a site or sites where the drivers for both are on?

At least is isn't listed in the "Paperweight" column.
As to the scanner...
SANE lists it as follows:
ScanJet 3500C - USB - 0x03f0/0x2205 - Good - hp3500 - (1.0, NEW!) - sane-hp3500 at the following URL

I think your printer is very much like an R240 but a little faster
Download the software from http://www.turboprint.info and set up your printer as R240 and it should work. Other than that, I don't know how to help you.
use the wiki http://www.mepis.org/docs
