Deskjet D1320 Network Driver

I am trying to install a HP Deskjet D1320 Network Shared printer and I have not found the driver for that modle. And I have the HP package installed from the package manager, any help would be nice.
Synaptic also showes that I have hplip 0.9.7.4 when hp offers 1.6 but I cant get 1.6.10 installed, it errors out durning the make part. And the debian package dont work. I keep trying, any input would be cool.
Installed hplip 1.6.10 and still dont see my printer... guess I have to go buy one in the list unless someone else has a driver... or try to install a driver in wine.
SimplyMEPIS 6.5 should work with it

I've got a partition with SimplyMEPIS 6.5.02 running on it, and it's using HPLIP 1.7.1 (even though the lastest version in the Ubuntu Dapper repositories is 0.9.7)
Warren upgraded the MEPIS repositories to a newer version of HPLIP during the 6.0 to 6.5 development cycle.
I see a driver for HP Deskjet D1300 in the list that comes up using the KDE add printer wizard, which should work with the D1300 series printers (D1300 through D1368).

I'm having all the same problems you listed with for the same printer with Fedora Linux core 5. I have searched and searched and come up with no solution. If you find anything, please let me know.
