prolink hurricane 9200 usb/ethernet modem/router

Hi How do i install and configure "prolink hurricane 9200 usb/ethernet modem/router" (http://www.fida.com/products/h9200.htm) to work on the latest version of Mepis. It seems that Mepis doesn't detect the modem/router. It is connected to my pc via usb because I don't have an ethernet card (and I can't connect it through LAN cable for a reason). I have a DSL connection.
