Could I write a new supperblock to ext3 and raiserfs wis fxck and what must I keep in mind for this?
I ve try diverent things, livecds some tools from an bootcd but nothing worked. There are still data I wont to save.

Ext3 is ext2 with "journaling" bolted on, not built in like ReiserFS. I never use it.
I've been using ReiserFS v3 since it was beta and have zero problems with it.
If you have constant disk activity it suggests that your do not have dma set on. You can use hdparams to do that. Consult man. If dma is on then it suggests that you are having hardware problems.
You can open a console run "top". It will show you which services are taking up your CPU's time.
