Stuck fifo weirdness with printer

Have a strange problem with HP5550 printer outputting gibberish every time i turn it on in SM32-6.04 b3 fully upgraded partition, works fine in 6.0 upgraded part.
The only thing i have changed in the system is video card, got a deal on geforce 6200LE 256meg card and swaped out the 128meg geforce 5200LX. At first everything seemed to be fine but after setting up video in win98 and booting into 6.04 b3 and trying to print some text on the web from firefox printer has gone crazy. I have a fifo stuck error in ksyslog.

Problem solved

A reload saving home stopped the stuck fifo business. Apparently an incompatibility with epson and hp drivers was cause of this issue. I didnt remove the epson drivers before setting up the hp5550. So if you play with a lot of printers as i do beware some unexpected things can happen borking the whole system.

PS: i assume a moderator will mark this solved or is there a way i can do it ? i dont see an edit option.
