I've got an idea but I need voluntears... I wanna start a irc channel for dutch users on irc.freenode.net such as #mepis-be ... So if there are some interesting people they may contact me at or reply this post

That is probably something a user created.. dunno. Was made about half way last year
Why not put this question on the mepislovers forum guys?
IRC.. I haven't used that in ages, but a forum is something that can be checked whenever one wants, much better IMHO
