Azureus problemAfter re-installing Mepis I got a problem with Azureus: After a while, all torrents go to download speed 0 and stay that way, regardless of how many sources are available. This never happened with my old system, and I copied the .azureus folder from my old home, so config should be the same. Any idea what can be wrong and how I can fix it? Thanks in advance. »

firewall
it means that the ports that you are using are firewalled. If no-one can see you, all the downloads dry up.
choose what ports you are going to run p2p and open just these in guarddog, and any other firewall you may have eg on the router.

Thanks for the reply, but guarddog is not even running (I use a router with internal firewall). The ports I used in my old system are forwarded in the router (that config didn't change) and I copied the .azureus folder from my old system, so Azureus uses the same ports as before. Still, the problem occurs, but Azureus shows that everything should be fine (all torrents are green).
Any other idea what can be wrong? Maybe it's something simple I forgot when reinstalling?

I see you talking about opening ports in the router, but in my router I also need to specify the IP address as well as port. I assume you're using static IP; did you remember to set it up to the same IP after your reinstall?
