when the new mepis comes out can I upgrade 6.0 32 to new mepis 64Bit

when the new mepis comes out can I upgrade mepis 6.0 to the new mepis 64Bit what ever it's gona be called.
will it give me a new update virson of KDE and will I get that new mepis kicker Icon tat looks like the
mepis Icon and wall paper too!.

It's not actually "upgrade"

It's not actually "upgrade" you replace the OS, however you can keep /home folder which contain most of the programs settings and personal files.
