I put my info in and got this:
Credit Card Payment
The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.
Do not submit this form twice, or you may be double billed!

Does this mean it went through? I don't believe so but I must be sure.
If it did go through where do I go to download what I need? (I need the 'additional' CDs that were created with 3.4-3)
