After update to SMP kernel, X intermittently fails to start.After updating to the 386 desktop SMP kernel, X-Windows will intermittently fail to start, and I don't see any extra error messages; however, I can hit the recommended Ctrl-Alt-F7 to start it. Another problem: Mepis failed to get an IP at boot up, until I changed the Mepis Networking mode to Automatic. »
