Is it possible to setup an encrypted Hard Drive AFTER Mepis has already
been installed? I want to install Mepis on a laptop and need to have the drive password-encrypted in case it is stolen, but HD encryption is not an option at install.
If this is possible, what do I need to do this?
Thanks in Advance.

For a fully encrypted home, see the wiki: http://www.mepis.org/docs/en/index.php/Encrypted_Partitions
If you are interested in a solution of a virtual encrypted partition (easier to setup), check out the wiki here: http://www.mepis.org/docs/en/index.php/Truecrypt. It holds info on how to install Truecrypt. Basically, you have a let's say 500 MB encrypted file that can be mounted as if it were a partition. You can use that to store all sensitive info.
There is a nice script to mount and unmount the partition via the GUI here: http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php/Truecrypt+mount+and+unmount+scripts?content=53634
