What TV card

I'm considering installing a TV card any suggestions on what I should buy that will work with Mepis?

a bttv card will work without much tweaking
but they are an old chipset and don't give the nicest pictures
there has been a lot of work on linuxtv and ivtv on the newest cards and their work will be going into the kernel.
new cards will need work to work with mepis

my last purchase was a Hauppauge PVR-350
and this does take work to get it going, but it was worth it
