Transcribing MEPIS talks

Ok folks, I'm seeing a lot of talk and no action so here we go. I've started to transcribe MEPIS talks but I need some input and some help would be nice.
First, should the transcript include all the pauses, ummm's and incomplete sentences? I tried this for a while and feel that it makes it kind of hard to follow if your just reading it.
