multiple monitors with geforce 6200 graphics card

about a year ago i purchased a geforce 6200 graphics card with the intention of having a greater performence on my computer, but now i have decided to add a second monitor to my hp pavillion a1110n computer, the original card in my computer did not have any outputs but my geforce card has a dvi and video port i tried hooking up my monitors to the video port on the motherboard and the port on the graphics card. that didnt work so i did some research and found that i have to use the dvi port, but i cant figure out how to attach the monitors, every where i read it says that you have to have two dvi or vga port but then other sites say the geforce card i have does support dual monitors, so the question im asking is how do i connect two monitors to my geforce card with one dvi port and one video port.

On a GeForce4 MX440

...I am running two 19" LCDs with no problem. One is connected with the DVI port, the other with the VGA port, and the card found and configured them both without trouble.

Don't know if this helps.

thank you for responding i
