Mepis Install+Config l10n

Please, include package descriptions translations in your distro (at least in DVD).

I want to translate Mepis Install+Config to Russian. What I have to do for this? Will you provide us with some common interface for l10n (like http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kde4/)?

also, it would be cool if Mepis configured X.Org keyboard automatically.
Russian users have developed xkbcomp config file that has additional unicode symbol mappings (e.g. for french quotes)

/usr/bin/xkbcomp /usr/share/X11/xkb/ru_ua_xkb_config $DISPLAY

the last line have to be added to XSession startup script.
