No resize arrows on maximised window

I have no resize arrows on maximised window borders in my install of beta 5. I'm pretty certain that I could resize maxed windows in 6.5 and earlier (not inclined to do an install to refresh my memory)
Not a very big deal but a slight annoyance.
right click the window title

right click the window title bar > configure window behaviour > moving > check 'allow moving and resizing of maximised windows'
