problem beta 5 during partitioning

Hi all, I was installing beta5 on a laptop.
The partiont alredy present was sda1 (root 8g) sda2 (extended 10,8 Gb) sda3 (swap 2Gb) and sda4 (data 8gb).
I run gparted during isntallation proccess, deleted all the partion and set athers like that:
sda1 primary swap 1g
sda2 extended all disk (19 Gb about)
sda3 logical ext3 "/" (7gb)
sda4 logical ext3 "data" (10 Gb).

After pressed aplly I received a message saing that was impossible to create the logical partion sda3.
I pressed ok. Gparted has created sda1 and sda2. I tryed then to recreate sda3 and sda4 and it successed.

sorry, sda3 and sda4 are

sorry, sda3 and sda4 are sda5 and sda6 because they are logical partitions.
