Updates to KDE and the kernel

Software Packages
For MEPIS 7.0, KDE has been updated to version 3.5.8 and the kernel has been updated to 2.6.22-10. The nvidia driver has been updated to 100.14.19.
ALSA has been removed from the main kernel tree and version 1.0.15 has been packaged separately. For some users it may be necessary to manually install the appropriate alsa-modules package.
