Updated kernel for MEPIS 8.0

Kernel 2.6.27.7 has been packaged for MEPIS 8.0. This release of the kernel contains all of the recent kernel.org fixes and security patches. It also includes some tweaking designed to potentially address some issues that have been reported with reading the installation CD and root filesystems on some hardware. It is expected that kernel will be used in the next Beta release.
