HOWTO??? Setting Japanese Language Environment in SimplyMEPIS_2004.01

A following is a tutorial of how to introduce Japanese Language Environment in SimplyMEPIS_2004.01.
In short, a quick how-to to enable to display and input Japanese.

When Hard Disk installation of MEPIS are finished, please do;

# apt-get update
# apt-get install canna kinput2-canna kde-i18n-ja ttf-kochi-gothic ttf-kochi-mincho language-env

Then logout and login again. Both Japanese kanji(Chinese Characters) and Hiragana can be displayed now.
The next step is to set Japanese input system.

$ set-language-env

After you hit this command, you will be asked many questions by your computers, but please simply press Return Key for every question. It is OK.
Then logout and login again. You can start Japanese input by pressing Shift + Space Keys.
