Speedtouch 330 - works from Mepis 2004.02 onwards !

Hi people,
I have a speedtouch 330 (rev 4 - silver version)
I've been trying to get this modem in as many versions of linux as possible. Here are the results
- Mandrake 10 + (2.6 kernel) - works - check http://mandrakeusers.org/index.php?showtopic=16970
- Suse 9.1 works !
- Mepis 2004.02 + works - i had to change my etc/speedtouch.conf file to uhci_hcd.
- Yoper - No luck yet !
I used the method used?? in the link given above (speedtouchconf and the correct firmware)
Just thought id share if with you guys!
Mepis is looking good - just found the apt-upgrade feature !
