Question about the text pertaining to X.org and KDE 3.4 on the 3.3.1page

There's some text in the annoucement of 3.3.1 which states

Quote:
Because of our commitment to remain as Debian compatible as possible, we will switch to X.org or KDE 3.4, when Debian releases those packages

Maybe I'm missing something here, but wouldn't it be more accurate to say:

we will switch to X.org AND KDE 3.4, when Debian releases those packages.
