Odd USB errors in dmesg

I've been having problems with USB hardware since upgrading to a new MoBo. Disabled on-board USB and Network to install USB and Network cards. I keep getting an error during boot (only viewable using dmesg) that says:

irq 10: nobody cared!

Then I get a list of odd hex strings followed by:

Disabling IRQ 10

Any device I plug in is not recognized making it really difficult to upload to my MP3 player. Anyone have any ideas what the problem is?
