TV watching

TV watching is a really big topic.
First of all, there are two different chips on Tv cards which can work with linux.
Each of these needs the correct modules running to get it to work.
Then you have to get the settings right for your card.
Then you have sort out tuning the TV card for your area.
After that you make sure that you have sound as well as picture
I haven't got xawtv working on mepis, but I have got tvtime going well with a bt778 type card.
Now I am trying to get freevo working to get tv recording to happen.

One day there will be a howto
but this is simply a summsry for today.
