If you mean SMB file sharing,

OS Center -> Internet -> File Sharing

If you mean printer sharing,

Print system -> print manager

(windows can access the printer at http://yourcomputer:631/printers/printername)

Or do you mean something else? Shared accounts, desktop sharing, NFS, ... ?
