Impossible to get the nvidia drivers working
NO SOUND! Alsaconf can not find my TB Santa Cruz SC (other mepis releases COULD!)
MANY apps segfault
And YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ***DID*** update using ONLY testing and the default setting to update.
I am convinced this is much more than just a deb repository problem.
I have also reinstalled several time to no avail.
Why was this testing 03 even released?

Test03 fixed all my problems

I'm happy that Test03 was released as I've got everything working perfectly on my Thinkpad T40 where I had problems with Test02 and MepisLite Test03. Granted I only updated the few things I deemed necessasry and not a wholesale update via Synaptics.

I am afraid that the 4.5 years veteran doesn't understand what "testing" means. If you want to use Mepis -- download the stable version.
Testing is for.. well... testing and for reporting bugs to not for ranting on the web how crappy it is.
Why don't you take a chill pill and either report bugs or otherwise get off using "testing" and "beta" if you don't understand their purpose.
