Mepis Kernel Download - source or apt-get

Is there a place where I can download the latest Mepis Kernel source? (such as the version used in Mepis 3.3.2-test03 beta). I particularly want to use this for when I do some kernel hacking of my own.

In other cases where I do not particularly want to do anything to the kernel, except update, is it possible to apt-get the newest Mepis kernel image?
