there isn't an obvious package in the repositories
there are debian patches in the repos and a stock debian kernel not in the repos (it must be experimental)
What version of Mepis are you running?

The Source is in a package in the Mepis repositories for 3.3.1. It
is not there in the 2004.x Mepis repositories, but your kernel number
led me to think you were using 3.3.something.
I am not near my 3.3.1 machine (which is turned off or I'd access it with VNC!) to give you the exact name of the package. I will edit this message when I figure out the name for sure, but Synaptic should find it.
I do not know for sure about other versions.

Actually the italian didn't bother me, I live in an area where at least half of the population speak Italiano so I had a read of some of the forum there, too.
Both links provide kernel source packages.

There should be a Mepis kernel source package. Use your favourite - apt-get, Kpackage, Synaptic.
