Mepis Moderator Meeting Madness

Greetings All!
For the last number of months I have enjoyed reading posts on this forum and helping when I can. It's been a great learning experience for me. For the last couple of months, I have wondered whether I could get involved more, and get to know some of "The Regulars" who are part of Mepis. So I was thinking about a meeting.
It has been a pleasure to read posts from JoeInTenn, LordDavon, Kerry, AdrianTM, Pohjola, and even some guy named "Warren" who thinks he knows so much about Mepis
There are others, such as RossDV8, Al Canton, and a bunch of others that pop in now and again. And I'm sure I have not mentioned all the other men and women who have helped out on this site, Mepis.com, and MepisLovers.com.
What I'm wondering is, what is the likelyhood that we could all meet somewhere/somehow/sometime? I live in California, and have never been to Tennesee. I'm not suggesting a meeting in the next couple months since the holiday season(s) are upon us. I'm trolling now. Would anyone else want to get together for a day or couple days to express our geeky nature in the privacy of some company? When would be a good time, where would we meet, for how long, how much would it cost, what would we do...?
My only concern is if we all met at a single location, got loaded on too much pizza, sodas and coffee, and a meteor struck, well then Mepis support would go to hell
Thoughts?

Do I hear the rumblings of the very first Mepis Users Convention?
Naturally it will be called Mepcon-1
Or for those really in the know, it will fondly be referred to as 'MuCk Live.'
If you treat your beta-testers as if they're your most valuable resource, they will respond by eating 2.3 pizzas per user.

Hawaii
disregarding Pohjola's geographic position, Hawaii is between me and those on the mainland US, and so if Kerry can't get about, then meeting there would be fairer.
For Pohjola, that would be nice and warm.
My passport is out of date, so tripping anywhere will need a little planning.

I'm on more or less the same continent as Dr Liz, albeit probably in a different country.
Perhaps I could slip myself into your luggage, Dr Liz?

Didn't know Australia has more than one country...
I don't know why would we need to see each other, believe me, you gain nothing by seing me face to face.

Hmm, Hawaii...
I have an idea! We can have a gathering at one of Maui's "clothing optional" beaches. Nice sun, nice water, a bunch of pastie-white, sun-deprived geeks talking about computers, and we wouldn't have to look at AdrianTM's face

Yep, Just like in the USA there's Texas and America. Over here we have Queensland, and Australia.

That Would be GREAT!
But sorry jon, i can't make it. I live in hawaii and am currently unemployed. I had a accident at work about 2 years ago and am "disabled" as the state calls it. So traveling is a bit much for me. But maybe one day.
